The care planner
The care planner uses your selected city, location category, and support preferences to generate a brief in your browser. The website does not send these entries to a server or save them in cookies, local storage, or a database. If you download the brief, that file remains on your device until you remove it. Browser features may independently retain form history.
The research survey
Our survey opens on Google Forms, a separate service. Its first page requires an email address and states that responses are used for research. Information you submit there is received by the form owner through Google Forms; it is not collected through the care planner. Review the notice in the form before submitting and use its “Contact form owner” option if you have questions about access, retention, or deletion. Please avoid sharing identifying medical information about someone else.

Cookies and hosting
Pari’s website code does not set analytics, advertising, or preference cookies, and it does not use local storage or session storage. Fonts and illustrations are served from this website. The hosting and security providers may process technical request information and use security or access cookies independently of our page code.
A Cloudflare security cookie named __cf_bm was observed on the hosted site during our checks. Cloudflare documents it as a bot-management cookie that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation. Private preview access may also involve the hosting platform’s sign-in mechanisms.
Your choices
You can use the informational pages without completing the planner or survey. The survey loads only after you follow its link. External websites, including the sources linked in our articles, have their own privacy practices. Your browser provides controls for cookies and downloaded files; blocking essential hosting cookies may affect access.
